Skillful Intervention - Virtual Facilitator Training Workshop

The Purpose of this live session is to consider potential challenging behaviors and practice skillful interventions in real-time with a trained Narrative 4 Master Practitioner. This session is one of the two required live sessions for facilitator certification. This session is only available to participants who have completed a face-to-face or virtual facilitator training and a story exchange. Please note all event times are listed in EST, click here to convert to a different time zone! 

By the end of this training, participants will have (1) reviewed the critical skills of a successful facilitator and (2) reviewed skillful interventions. Participants will also be able to (3) listen more deeply to engage story exchange participants and manage challenging group dynamics as well as (4) facilitate a debrief discussion in a way that allows participants to glean insights from their experience.
